If you are returning items to us please follow the steps below:

In order for us to be able to process your return, please print our returns forms, fill it in and ensure it’s included in the box along with the items you are returning.
Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition in order for us to process your refund).
For a full refund on products with a free gift, please return both or your refund will not be processed.
What if I don’t have a printer?
If you don’t have a printer, please write the following details on a piece of paper –
- Name
- Contact phone number
- Order ID
- Product description and number of units being returned
- Reason code (1=Damaged, 2=Dissatisfied, 3=Wrong size, 4=Value for money, 5=Other)

For Locker Drop off, you will need to print the label at home and affix to the package before dropping it off to the locker.
